Contractor Services for Paint Works of PIDC Building, Regional Office Islamabad

The Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) invites eligible contractors to submit bids for the CONTRACTOR SERVICES FOR PAINT WORKS OF PIDC BUILDING, REGIONAL OFFICE ISLAMABAD. This procurement is for the execution of paint works at the PIDC Building located at Plot No.13, F-5/1, Islamabad. The contract duration is 3 months with a commencement date 14 days after contract award. Items being procured: - Exterior Paint (Weather Shield) including removal of old paint and application of weather resistant paint on exterior walls (75,000 sqft) - Additional labor for painting exterior surfaces above 2nd floor (45,000 sqft) - Filling of Tiles and marble on both Emergency stairs from Ground Floor to Roof top - Interior Paint including enamel paint on steel doors, windows and walls with plastic emulsion paint (total 4,750 sqft) The scope includes internal painting of security check posts and officers offices, enamel paint of fire doors, external paint of building, emergency stairs, and boundary wall with weather shield paint, and filling of tiles/marble on emergency stairs. The work requires use of quality paints such as ICI or Berger or equivalent. Bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C6 or above, relevant FBR registration, and must not be blacklisted. Experience of at least one similar work valued at minimum PKR 1 million in the last 10 years is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft is required. Manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 and may seek clarifications by October 19, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
