Tender Description
Punjab Seed Corporation Lahore invites online bids from eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for contracts related to labour and transport operations for the financial year 2026-27 across various PSC centres. The procurement covers multiple lots involving transportation and labour services in different districts of Punjab.

The scope includes provision of transport services and labour for the specified districts and marketing centers. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Earnest money (Bid Security) is required as per the amounts listed for each lot and must be deposited online through PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual submission of financial instruments will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted online only by 11:00 AM on October 1st, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. By-hand submissions are not allowed. The bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab Seed Corporation website and the PPRA Punjab portal.
