Supply of Cooking Sauces, Recipe Mixes, Plain Spices, Salt and Edible Oil

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) located in Topi, Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and possess relevant experience in supplying the required items. Items being procured: - Cooking Sauces - Recipe Mixes - Plain Spices - Salt - Edible Oil The cooking sauces, recipe mixes, plain spices, salt, and other related food products should be from well-established and reputed brands such as Shan, National, or equivalent. Similarly, edible oils should be from brands like Dalda, Meezan, Sufi, Eva, Golden Sun, or other reputable manufacturers. This procurement is focused on supplying quality food products suitable for institutional use at GIKI. The tender documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be downloaded from the GIKI website or collected personally from the GIKI Admin Block, Room # F-09. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 is required. Bidders must submit sealed bids complete in all respects along with an earnest money deposit (CDR) of Rs. 50,000 on the local bid cost. The bids must reach the Deputy Director Procurement office on or before 16:00 hours on July 31, 2026. The proposals will be opened at 14:30 hours on the same day in the presence of available bidders. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience in supplying similar food products. The institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel the bids/tender at any time before the award without assigning any reason.
