The Islamabad Club (Islamabad Club) located at Main Murree Road, Kashmir Road, Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the procurement of Covered Swimming Pool, Shower/Changing area Tiles Replacement & Plumbing Works under contract reference P156789. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Supply & Fixing of Imported Malaysia made Porcelain Tiles for flooring and walls in Gents Side, Ladies Side, Corridor Areas, and Reception Floor - Removal of existing floor and wall tiles including disposal - Supply & Fixing of Plumbing Fittings & Accessories including W.C Porta HD-257, Wash Basin Top Counter Model A-007, Open Bath Shower Set 2702, Basin Mixer Faisal, CP Tee Cock Faisal, CP double Bib Cock Faisal, Soap Dish Large Faisal, Toilet Tissue Paper Holder, Muslim Shower CP Faisal, Stainless Steel Floor Drain, Looking Glass, Vanity Top and side Marble Granite, and Sill Marble Granite - Removal of existing sanitary fixtures and fittings - Supply & Fixing of Tiles and Plumbing Fittings & Accessories for Staff Washroom & Changing Area The scope includes complete replacement and installation of tiles and plumbing fittings in the covered swimming pool area, shower, changing rooms, and staff washrooms. The works require skilled workmanship with approved materials and adherence to specifications. The site is located at Islamabad Club premises. Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC certificate in the relevant category and be registered with FBR/ATL. Experience in similar works with a minimum project worth of PKR 5 million is required. Bid security must be submitted as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical bid will be evaluated on a 100% technical score basis with a minimum passing mark of 70%. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The contract duration is 35 days from commencement. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required.
