Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a New Passenger Elevator at the Club Masjid, Islamabad Club

The Islamabad Club (Islamabad Club) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new passenger elevator at the Club Masjid, Islamabad Club, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one (01) passenger elevator with a capacity of 630 kg and speed of 1.0 m/s - Steel structure, glass cladding, and elevator housing including fabrication and erection of structural steel frame - Tempered glass cladding of 12mm thickness - Verandah structure including finishes - Civil works including construction of underground RCC pits and pedestals, finishing of machine room floor and walls, core cutting - Supply and laying of 4 core 16 mm copper power cable with PVC conduit - Supply and laying of 6 mm green/yellow earth cable - Supply and installation of 32 Amp triple pole MCBs The elevator shall be machine room less (MRL), fully compliant with EN 81 standards, imported from China, and equipped with advanced features such as VVVF control, energy saving gearless machine, glass cabin with stainless steel finish, emergency rescue device, overload protection, intercom, and fire return system. The scope includes all related civil, electrical, and structural works as per detailed technical specifications and drawings. Eligible bidders must be registered legal entities with SECP or relevant authority, registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in elevator supply and installation, provide manufacturer authorization, and comply with all bid security and performance guarantee requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on Monday, October 26, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. The contract will be awarded based on QCBS with 70% technical and 30% financial evaluation. The contract price is approximately Rs. 5 Million. Payment will be made in stages including advance payment, payment upon approval of technical submittals, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning. A 10% performance guarantee is required.
