Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi invites bids for the procurement of coversheets and MCQ award & roll number parts for the annual examinations of 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, ensuring transparency and efficiency for all participating suppliers.
Items being procured:
- Coversheets & MCQ Award & Roll Number Parts (as per sample), quantity: 3,200,000
The coversheets must be printed on 100 (+/- 3%) grams imported offset paper of A3 size, made from virgin pulp with 95% plus brightness. The printing should be in 2D colour digital as per the approved design and script, with perforation at selected points. Each coversheet must include encrypted Five Times Barcode 128 (font) printing, having 16 digits with Board code ID as per the present format with sample/specification. Every coversheet will bear a unique number, ensuring traceability and security for examination processes.
Bidders must submit their bids online via Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 12:00 PM on 05-11-2026. The estimated cost for this procurement is **PKR 27,200,000**. Earnest money/bid security is required at 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to **PKR 1,360,000**, to be deposited through the prescribed PSID system. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar supply contracts and compliance with the technical specifications is essential. All relevant documents and samples must be provided as per the tender requirements.
