Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi invites bids for the procurement of coversheets / MCQ award and roll number part for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, and all interested suppliers are encouraged to participate by submitting their bids online as per the instructions provided.
Items being procured:
- Coversheets / MCQ Award & Roll No. part (as per sample), quantity: 3,200,000
Specifications:
1. Printed on 100 (+/- 3%) grams imported offset paper of A3 size made from virgin pulp with 95% plus brightness.
2. 01 colour digital printing as per approved design & script, with perforation at selected points.
3. Encrypted Five Times Barcode 128(font) printing having 16 digits with Board code I.D as per present format v/ sample / specification.
4. Each coversheet will bear a unique number.
The estimated cost for this procurement is **PKR 27,200,000**. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 5%, which amounts to **PKR 1,360,000**, in the form of a valid CDR or pay order. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-procurement portal by **05-11-2026, 12:00 PM**. Late submissions will not be entertained. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
Suppliers must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar stationery or examination materials will be advantageous. All specifications must be strictly adhered to, and samples may be requested for verification.
