Tender Description
This tender invites bids from qualified firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council under category C-6 or above for furnishing works at a residential complex in Sector F-5, Islamabad. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) requires fixing of new curtains, media walls, window blinds, furniture, and other related furnishing items. The project demands skilled workmanship and quality materials to enhance the residential environment in the federal capital.
The scope includes installation and fixing of various furnishing components at the specified residential complex. The site is located in Islamabad, requiring contractors to manage logistics and site conditions effectively. The work involves detailed carpentry, fabric installation, and finishing that must meet CDA standards and specifications. Contractors should be prepared for on-site challenges including coordination with CDA officials and adherence to safety protocols.
Bidders must hold a valid PEC registration certificate in category C-6 or above and comply with FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. Submission of Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory. Firms should also provide a certificate on judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation involvement and non-relationship with CDA officials. Security clearance from the concerned LEA is compulsory for participation.
The submission deadline is set for 05-March-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids must be submitted online via the PPRA E-PADS portal. The opening session will be held at the office of Director Maintenance, CDA, located at old Naval Head Quarter Sector G-6 Melody, Islamabad.
