Cutting & Stitching of Uniforms for Sector (LSM&LEBP) for the year 2026-27

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) Sector (LSM&LEBP), Daska invites sealed bids for the cutting and stitching of uniforms for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to the Lines Headquarters Sector (LSM&LEBP), Daska-Pasrur Interchange (Dhedowali), Daska city in Punjab province. The contract period is 60 days, divided into two phases of 30 days each for cutting and stitching of uniforms. Items being procured: - Male Officer Uniforms: Shirts (489 units) and Trousers (815 units) - Female Officer Uniforms: Shirts (21 units) and Trousers (35 units) - Photographer Uniforms: Shirts (4 units) and Trousers (4 units) - PMS Uniforms: Shirts (6 units) and Trousers (6 units) The uniforms are to be made as per detailed technical specifications including superior quality buttons, Bukram Aruj/DVAT or equivalent cloth, and Asli Pari or equivalent thread. Shirts are full sleeved with specific measurements for collars, shoulder patti, front patti, pockets, cuffs, and pen pockets. Trousers are tropical type with specified pocket sizes, loops, zips, and bottom measurements. The cloth will be provided by NHMP at 3.25 meters per pair. Bidders must have their own stitching unit, sound financial position, skilled staff, and experience with at least three previous work orders. Samples will be physically tested and firms may be called for demonstrations. Physical inspection of stitching units may be conducted. Successful firms must submit a cross cheque at the time of contract after receiving cloth. Bids must be submitted electronically on the EPADS portal and hard copies delivered to the office of the DSP (LHQ), Sector (LSM&LEBP), Daska-Pasrur Interchange (Dhedowali), Daska by 27th October 2026 at 1300 hours. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 1330 hours. Bid security of Rs. 16,212/- in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Draft in favor of The DSP (LHQ), Sector LSM&LEBP (M-11) is required. The procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The Procuring Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by 10% at the time of award. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required. Liquidated damages of 0.5% per week up to 20% of contract value apply for delays.
