Supply of Stationery, Uniform & Protective Clothing, Miscellaneous and Dietary Items for Federal General Hospital Islamabad

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms and companies registered with General Sales Tax and Income Tax Department and AGPR Islamabad for supply of items to Federal General Hospital (FGH), Chak Shahzad, Islamabad for Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery items - Purchase of Uniform & Protective Clothing - Purchase of Other Miscellaneous Items - Purchase of Dietary Items The procurement covers general store and dietary items required by the hospital. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS portal by 21/10/2026 up to 10:00 A.M. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M. Tender must be supported with earnest money (refundable) in the form of bank draft in favor of Drawing Distribution Officer, Federal General Hospital, National Health Services Regulations & Coordination, Islamabad. No tender will be accepted without earnest money. The tender is governed by PPRA Rules 2004 Para 36 (b) under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. The successful bidder will be bound to continue services till finalization of annual tender 2027-28. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure timely electronic submission through EPADS.
