Supply of Uniform Items for Cadets and Staff at Cadet College Choa Saiden Shah Chakwal

Cadet College Choa Saiden Shah Chakwal invites e-bids for the procurement of uniform items for cadets and staff for the financial year 2026-27 under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2024. The procurement is for one winter uniform and one summer uniform per student under a framework contract. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authorities. The total estimated cost is PKR 20 million with a bid security of 2% amounting to PKR 400,000. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value and sign a formal contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. All quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable duties, levies, and taxes. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
