Cutting and Stitching of Uniforms for National Highways & Motorways Police

The National Highways & Motorways Police (NHMP) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of cutting and stitching of uniforms. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget. Items being procured: - Cutting and stitching of uniforms The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under the Principal Method of Procurement, specifically Open Competitive Bidding, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. All proposals must be accompanied by a refundable Bid Security in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR in favor of 'The DSP (LHQ), Sector LSM&LEBP (M-11)'. Bidders are required to submit a scanned copy of the Bid Security on the e-procurement system (EPADS) and the original Bank Draft/CDR must be submitted to the office of the DSP (LHQ), Sector LSM&LEBP, Daska-Pasrur Interchange (Dhotowali), Daska. Bids will only be accepted from firms registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS and must be submitted through the email address registered with PPRA. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the DSP (LHQ) Sector LSM&LEBP, Daska-Pasrur Interchange on request upon payment of Rs. 1000. The original bid must be submitted through EPADS and in hard copy at the specified address by the closing date. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 1330 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend the opening session at the office of the DSP (LHQ), Sector LSM&LEBP, Daska-Pasrur Interchange (Dhotowali), Daska. Bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding requirements and timely submission to avoid disqualification. Earnest Money and bid security must be in the prescribed form and amount.
