Procurement of Cutting and Stitching of Uniforms for National Highways & Motorways Police

The National Highways & Motorways Police (NHMP) invites bids for the procurement of cutting and stitching of uniforms. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and funded by NHMP. The bid security scanned copy is to be submitted on EPADS, with the original Bank Draft/CDR delivered to the office. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the DSP (LHQ), Sector LSM&LEBP, Daska-Pasrur Interchange (Daska), upon payment of Rs.1000/-. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and hard copies delivered by 27 October 2026 before 1500 hours. Bids will be publicly opened the same day at 1530 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives at the DSP office. Eligibility requires registration with PPRA for e-procurement, FBR/ATL compliance, and adherence to Public Procurement Rules 2004. Earnest money and bid security conditions apply as per bidding documents.
