Tender Description
The Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Rawalakot is procuring a Daily LP Contract for Medical Stores covering a wide range of items including medicines, disposable supplies, laboratory kits, and implants for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This contract aims to ensure a continuous and reliable supply of essential medical store items to support healthcare services in Rawalakot.
The technical scope includes the supply of medicines, disposable items, lab kits, and implants with a robust supply mechanism. Vendors will be evaluated on a detailed technical and financial matrix that considers registration with SECP and DGDP, financial category, geographical spread, pharmacy business experience, warehouse facilities, cold chain transport availability, and emergency services. The contract requires vendors to have valid drug sale licenses, NTN, sales tax registration, and professional tax certificates. Experience of at least 5 years in running a medical store and 3 years working with Pakistan Defense Forces organizations is mandatory.
Interested bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, possess a valid creditworthiness certificate from a bank, and provide police verification certificates. The evaluation also includes criteria such as annual audited financial statements, turnover, and employment generation index. The submission deadline is strictly set for 7 days after the publish date, with all bids to be submitted to CMH Rawalakot.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all technical documents, including drug sale licenses and financial certificates, are complete and up to date before submission. Missing or incorrect information can lead to disqualification. Additionally, maintaining a physical warehouse with proper temperature control and cold chain transport will significantly enhance the technical score and chances of contract award.
