Tender Description
GMC Allama Iqbal Garrison Kallar Kahar invites sealed bids from SECR and preferably DGDP registered well reputed firms duly registered with Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan for the provision of LP Medicine on a daily basis for the financial year 2026-2027. Interested firms must be registered with income tax, sales tax departments and must be on the active list of FBR. Bidders should intimate maximum rebate or discount to be offered on the retail price of medicines.

Tender documents containing terms and conditions are available at GMC Allama Iqbal Kallar Kahar Medical Store after payment of Rs. 5000/- non-refundable fee. The same can be obtained on any working day during office hours. Firms not currently registered with the above instructions may also compete by submitting earnest money of 10% of total tender value.
Last date for submission of bids is 06 October 2026 by 1130 hrs. Bids must be deposited with the Medical Officer In-Charge Medical Store GMC Allama Iqbal Kallar Kahar. The tender will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives. GMC Allama Iqbal Kallar Kahar reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules 33(1).
Bidders must submit a single package containing two separate envelopes as per PPRA Rules 36b: one for the Financial Proposal and one for the Technical Proposal. Envelopes must be clearly marked to avoid confusion.
