Tender Description
This tender invites qualified suppliers in Islamabad to provide degree folders for the Virtual University of Pakistan under the Stationery & Printing category. The procurement is managed by the Virtual University of Pakistan, ensuring quality and timely delivery of educational stationery.
The scope includes supplying 18,000 degree folders sized 11.5 x 9 inches, made with hard rexene and Jarsi 1mm thickness, foam sheet 2mm local, imported lasani sheet hardboard 2mm, silky cloth 1mm imported off-white, and local ribbon ½ inch. The folders feature a golden embossed VU logo 2.5 x 3.5 inches on the front. Samples can be inspected at the VU Head Office in Islamabad during working hours. The folders must be packed in cartons of 60 each with quantity markings.
Bidders must be registered taxpayers appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and comply with FBR requirements for the 2025-26 financial year.
