The delivery period is 30 days from the date of purchase order. The supplier must provide a minimum one-year warranty or shelf life on all items. The delivery location is Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi, Sailor Street, Adjacent PNS Shifa DHA Phase - II, Karachi. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, GST, affidavit on non-blacklisting, and experience of 1-3 years in relevant field. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory.
