Deployment of GPON OFC Network at Karachi, Hyderabad and Sujawal District

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids for the deployment of a GPON Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) network across Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sujawal Districts in Sindh. This project involves comprehensive installation and commissioning of fiber optic infrastructure at multiple key sites including CM House, Sindh Secretariat, Governor House, Central Prison, PTV Station, Pak Capital Exchange, FBR Gulshan, Hyderabad Division, and Sujawal District. The scope covers supply, installation, and testing of optical fiber cables, joint enclosures, fiber distribution hubs (FDH), fiber access terminals (FAT), patch cords, pigtails, and associated accessories as per NTC and PTCL technical specifications. The work includes excavation, laying of HDPE pipes, cable pulling, splicing, and installation of racks and cabinets. Bidders must be registered with PEC in categories EE07 and EE08, hold valid FBR and provincial tax registrations, and have at least three years of relevant telecommunication experience in Pakistan. Firms must not be blacklisted and should have an established office in Pakistan. The tender requires submission of a technical bid including detailed BOQs, commercial compliance statements, and valid earnest money deposit (CDR) of Rs. 1,700,000. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 18th June 2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening at 1130 hours the same day at NTC Regional Headquarters, Karachi. Manual bids will not be accepted.
