Items being procured: - Design consultancy services for Doctor's Hostel Accommodation at Fauji Foundation Hospital Rawalpindi The scope of work includes the complete preparation of design and bidding documents for the proposed hostel accommodation. Interested firms must possess a valid PEC or PCATP license and demonstrate relevant experience in similar consultancy assignments. The technical requirements emphasize quality design, compliance with applicable standards, and timely delivery of documentation. Firms can obtain the Terms of References (TORs) from the office of the GM (Works) Fauji Foundation Head Office Rawalpindi upon submission of a written request and a non-refundable TOR fee of PKR 5000 in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of Fauji Foundation Head Office Rawalpindi. Proposals, both Technical and Financial, must be submitted in two separate envelopes clearly marked as Financial and Technical Proposal by 1100 hours on 24 August 2026. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Financial offers will be opened later in the presence of shortlisted contractors, with the date and time to be communicated. Consultants already pre-qualified and registered with Fauji Foundation may submit their proposals (excluding firm profile) on the same date.
