Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 500/220kV Ludewala Substation and Two 500kV Line Bays at 500kV Faisalabad West Substation

The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites qualified contractors to participate in the design, manufacture, supply, installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of the 500/220kV Ludewala Substation, which is an upgrade from the existing 220kV substation. Additionally, the project includes the installation of two 500kV line bays at the 500kV Faisalabad West Substation located in Faisalabad city, Punjab province. Items being procured: - Design and manufacture of 500/220kV Ludewala Substation equipment - Supply of all necessary materials and components - Installation and erection of substation infrastructure - Testing and commissioning of the upgraded substation - Installation of two 500kV line bays at Faisalabad West Substation This project involves high voltage electrical equipment and requires adherence to strict technical standards and safety protocols. The scope covers all civil, mechanical, and electrical works necessary for the successful completion of the substation upgrade and line bay installations. Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for electrical and power infrastructure projects, have valid FBR registration, and demonstrate prior experience in similar high voltage substation projects. Earnest money and bid security requirements will be detailed in the tender documents. Bids must be submitted through the NGCP's e-procurement system (EPADS) by the closing date of 13th October 2026.
