Supply and Installation of New Machinery for Proposed Tube Well

The Physical Planning & Housing Department of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, through the Office of the Executive Engineer PP&H Public Health Engineering Division-II Mirpur, invites electronic bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope E-Bidding System for the supply and installation of new machinery for a proposed tube well. This tender is open to eligible firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a specialized code of C-5 and above, and code ME07/EE10 for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders may also participate as joint ventures with prior approval from the employer. The earnest money/bid security required is Rs. 0.500 Million. The completion period for the project is six months from the date of award. Hard copies of original bank receipts of bid security along with technical and financial bids must be submitted within 48 hours after the technical bid opening to the office of the Executive Engineer PP&H PHE Division-II Mirpur. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration with the specified codes, registration with FBR and AJK tax authorities, and experience of at least one contract of similar nature with a value of 20 million PKR in the last three years.
