The Natural Calamities & Other Disasters (REL) department invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of machinery and power plant equipment in Quetta, Balochistan. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Machinery & Power Plant (Total Item(s) Count: 1) The bidding firm must have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth 80,000,000 PKR in the previous 3 years, with a turnover of at least 95,040,000 PKR in the last 3 subsequent years. Presence in the Active Tax Payer List and valid Sales Tax Certificate is mandatory. Joint ventures are permissible. The bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The quoted price should be market competitive and the bidder must agree to provide aftersales services for three years. ISO:9001 certification is required. Delivery of said items must be within 30 days. Uploaded documents must be original. Bid security of 5% of the quoted price is required in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
