The Chenab Club Faisalabad is seeking qualified PEC registered firms with proven experience in planning, design, and resident supervision for prestigious institutional, recreational, commercial, hospitality, and club development projects. This tender is specifically for the consultancy services related to the development of Chenab Club, Expressway, Phase-I, located at Sahianwala, Faisalabad, covering an area of 26 acres. The Master Plan for this project has already been approved by the Club Management. Items being procured: - Construction of Club Lodges - Construction of Restaurant - Construction of Men's Gymnasium - Construction of Swimming Pool - Construction of Paddle Tennis Courts The technical scope involves providing design and resident supervision consultancy for the construction works listed above. Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed Technical and Financial envelopes following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A bid security of 2% of the quoted consultancy fee is mandatory, payable via CDR or Pay Order in favor of The Chenab Club (G) Ltd.
