Design and Resident Supervision Consultancy for Chenab Club Construction, Faisalabad

Chenab Club Faisalabad invites proposals from Pakistan Engineering Council registered firms for design and resident supervision consultancy services for the Phase-I development of Chenab Club, Expressway, Sahianwala, Faisalabad. The project site covers approximately 26 acres, and the Master Plan has already been approved by Club Management. The assignment is intended for firms experienced in planning, design, and resident supervision of institutional, recreational, commercial, hospitality, and club development projects. Project details and mandatory scope include: 1. Construction of Club Lodges; 2. Construction of Restaurant; 3. Construction of Men's Gymnasium; 4. Construction of Swimming Pool; 5. Construction of Paddle Tennis Courts. The consultant is expected to provide the relevant design services and resident supervision for these Phase-I facilities, subject to the requirements and terms contained in the RFP documents. Prospective consultants are strongly encouraged to visit the project site at Sahianwala, Faisalabad before preparing their proposals. RFP documents may be obtained from the Office of Chenab Club Faisalabad during office hours from 04 August 2026 after payment of a non-refundable tender fee of **Rs. 20,000**. Proposals must be submitted through the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure, with separate sealed Technical and Financial Proposals. Each proposal must include bid security equivalent to 2% of the quoted consultancy fee, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of The Chenab Club (G) Ltd.
