Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of SCADA/DMS System Phase 1 for Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a SCADA/DMS System Phase 1. This project includes the SCADA software, servers, remote terminal units (RTUs), field devices, installation of HMI machines in the control room as per requirements, establishment of a complete communication solution, staff training on SCADA/DMS system for capacity building initiatives, and provision of all fixtures, furniture, desktops, laptops, and other related equipment in the control rooms. The scope also covers ancillary equipment for eight grid stations under the jurisdiction of FESCO Faisalabad. The project is based on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) through FESCO's own resources. Items being procured: - SCADA/DMS software - Servers - Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) - Field devices - HMI machines installation - Communication solution - Staff training - Fixtures, furniture, desktops, laptops - Ancillary equipment for eight grid stations The bidding document has been revised to incorporate the scope of the Distribution Management System (DMS) and is available on e-PADS and PPRA websites. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29 September 2026 at the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU / FESCO office in Faisalabad. All prospective bidders are required to attend and submit queries if needed. The bidding documents and conditions remain unchanged except for the revised scope. Bidders must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions and submit bids by the deadline. Interested bidders should have relevant experience and meet FESCO's requirements. Earnest money and bid security as per bidding documents are mandatory. The submission deadline is 27 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day.
