Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 300KW Solar System at Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Department NEDUET

NED University of Engineering and Technology Karachi invites bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a solar power system with a capacity of 300KW for the Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Department at its main campus. This procurement is managed by the Procurement Cell of NEDUET located on University Road, Karachi. Items being procured: - Design of Solar System - Supply of Solar System components - Installation of Solar System - Testing of Solar System - Commissioning of Solar System The project involves a comprehensive solar power solution including all necessary materials and equipment to establish a 300KW capacity system. The work will be executed at the main campus site, requiring specialized electrical installation skills and adherence to safety and quality standards. The contract duration is three months from the date of award. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 or above with specialized codes EE04, EE03, CE10, ME06, ME-07(v), EE11(xxv), EE11(vi) Solar Installation, ME05, and EE11(vv). Firms must be registered with SECP, GST, and SRB, and hold a valid Electrical Inspector license from the Government of Sindh. Financially, bidders must demonstrate an average turnover of at least Rs 100 million per year over the last three years and have completed at least two similar works costing Rs 50 million or more in the last three years. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation or blacklisting and compliance with anti-corruption declarations is mandatory.
