Supply and Installation of 200kW Off Grid Hybrid Solar System and Air-Conditioners at QUEST Nawabshah

Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST) Nawabshah invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and disposable system (E-PADS) for two major supply and installation projects in Nawabshah, Sindh. The procurement includes the supply and installation of a 200kW (Gross) off grid/hybrid solar system and air-conditioners for classrooms at QUEST Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazirabad (SDG#4). Items being procured: - Supply and Installation of 200kW (Gross) off grid/Hybrid Solar System - Supply and Installation of Air-Conditioners in Class Rooms The solar system installation is designed to provide sustainable energy solutions for the university campus, supporting green energy initiatives. The air-conditioning units will enhance the learning environment in classrooms, ensuring comfort during hot weather. Both projects have a completion period of 6 months and will be awarded on a least cost basis. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with NTN and SRB, a minimum of five years of relevant experience, and compliance with detailed bid document requirements. Bidders must provide a 5% earnest money deposit in the form of a Pay Order favoring QUEST Nawabshah. The tender fee is PKR 5000 non-refundable for each lot. Bids must be submitted online via the SPPRA (E-PADS) website by 08 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM and 11:45 AM in the Conference Hall of the Vice Chancellor Secretariat at QUEST Nawabshah.
