Providing and Installation of Centralized Monitoring System at Different Solar Sites at WASA Lahore

Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), under Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites bids from suppliers and contractors registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR and PRA, having active filer NTN and PNTN, and valid PEC License in category C-5 or above with specialization in codes (EE-04, EE-09, EE-11, ME-06) for providing and installation of centralized monitoring system at different solar sites at WASA Lahore. Items being procured: - Providing and installation of centralized monitoring system at different solar sites The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. Bidding documents with detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on Punjab e-procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and PPRA website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Technical bids must be submitted on Punjab e-procurement system on or before 08-09-2026, not later than 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The digital bid security / e-bid security is 3% of estimated cost i.e. Rs. 863,408/- in favor of XEN-I (Maintenance) WASA Lahore and shall be verifiable on Punjab e-procurement system. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Bids with corrupt or unreadable records on Punjab e-procurement system will be rejected as per PPRA Regulations-2024. Bidders shall submit e-bids by uploading PDF files on Punjab e-procurement system as per Regulation-6(4) of PPRA Regulations-2024. The procurement is under PPRA Rules-2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (Rule-35). Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures and words and signed as per general directions in tender documents. If the last date of bid submission falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be the deadline. Bids will be valid for 120 days.
