The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 117.12 kWp Carport Grid Tied Utility Interactive Photo Voltaic Solar Power System at Staff Town IBA Karachi. This project is specific to Karachi and is managed by the Institute of Business Administration IBA Karachi. The technical scope includes complete project detailed design, supply of high-quality solar PV modules, inverters, electrical protection equipment, and all associated civil and electrical works. The system is grid interactive, allowing import from and export to the grid depending on load and generation. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with EE-04 and EE-11 (Solar) specializations, have valid tax registrations including FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and possess at least three years of experience in solar PV system design and installation. They must have completed at least two projects of 200 kWp or above in the last three years with completion certificates. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 non-refundable. Earnest Money (Bid Security) of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi. The submission deadline is May 13, 2026, at 3:00 pm, with bid opening at 3:30 pm the same day at IBA Main Campus Karachi.
