The CWPP&H Department District Dera Bugti invites proposals for the Design and Top Supervision of BT Road from Loti Beeh to Kashmore Phase-I in District Dera Bugti. This consultancy service is open to well reputed national and international firms (JV) or service providers who meet eligibility criteria including registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, active Taxpayers List (ATL), PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm, and no blacklisting by any procuring agency. Items being procured: - Design and Top Supervision of BT Road from Loti Beeh to Kashmore Phase-I, District Dera Bugti The project requires experienced consultants with at least 5 assignments of similar nature and complexity, and a turnover of at least PKR 14,000,000 in the last three years. The bidding firm must have valid BRA registration certificate and comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR or Pay Order from a scheduled bank. The financial proposals will only be opened for those consultants whose technical proposals are approved. The selection will be based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal document. The last date for bid submission is 31 August 2026 by 09:45 AM, and bids will be opened the same day at 10:45 AM at the office of the undersigned.
