Design Vetting and Construction Supervision of Tehsil Complex Building at Gadezai District Buner

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (C&W Division-I, Buner) invites proposals from consultants enlisted with the department and registered with PEC and KPRA for design vetting and construction supervision of the scheme titled Construction of Tehsil Complex Building at Gadezai District Buner. This engagement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 under ADP No. 133/260596. Items being procured: - Design Vetting - Construction Supervision The scope includes detailed design review and oversight of construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and quality standards at the project site in Gadezai, Buner. Eligible firms must be registered with PEC in relevant codes and KPRA for tax compliance. The selection will follow the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method as per the RFP documents. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately via the EPADS system (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by 17 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. A non-refundable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 5,000 in favor of the Executive Engineer C&W Division-I Buner is required as a bidding entry fee and must reach the office before the closing date and time. Successful bidders will be responsible for all applicable taxes including stamp duty, service charges, and sales tax at prevailing rates. For bidders, it is crucial to ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal and to verify PEC and KPRA registrations beforehand to avoid disqualification.
