Designing, manufacturing and installation of up to 100 mud houses / goopas at various tourist sites of Punjab

The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) is procuring the design, manufacturing, and installation of up to 100 mud houses / goopas styled after Cholistan and Thar desert traditional architecture. These will be installed at various tourist sites across Punjab to enhance the cultural tourism experience. The number of mud houses/goopas may vary depending on fund availability. Items being procured: - Designing of mud houses/goopas - Manufacturing of mud houses/goopas - Installation of mud houses/goopas This contract is a framework agreement under Rule 15 of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. The scope includes complete working designs, original pictures, and installation at designated tourist sites. The successful bidder must demonstrate capability in manufacturing and installing these traditional styled structures with quality assurance. Eligibility requires registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments as active filers, valid EPS registration, and submission of a Bid Security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee amounting to Rs 50,000 (5% of estimated cost). The lowest responsive bidder will also provide a performance guarantee of Rs 1 million. Bidders must not be blacklisted by TDCP or PPRA and must attach a certificate of no demand/good performance from a government organization for work done in the last year. The bidding process is single stage single envelope. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab Electronic Procurement System (EPS) by 6th August 2026 at 11:00 am. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 30th July 2026 at 11:30 am at the PMU-TDCP Conference Room, 68-Trade Center Block, M.A Johar Town, Lahore. Bids received late or incomplete will be rejected. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical bid includes detailed working designs and original pictures to prove your capability, as this is critical for bid acceptance. Also, strictly follow the EPS online submission procedure to avoid disqualification.
