Desktop & Laptop Hardware for Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd

The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd, established in 1924 and scheduled with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) since 1955, invites sealed bids for the purchase of Desktop and Laptop Hardware. The Bank operates a network of 151 branches at Tehsil and Sub-Tehsil levels and intends to procure quality hardware to support its operations. Items being procured: - Desktop Hardware - Laptop Hardware Bidders must be well reputed authorized companies, organizations, dealers, suppliers, or distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and have relevant experience. Bids should include a client list and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation. Tender documents are available from the Bank's office upon payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) via pay order in favor of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd or can be downloaded free of cost from https://www.ppcbl.com.pk/media/advertisements. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure. Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total bid cost is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the date of advertisement. Bids must be submitted by 3rd November 2026 at 3:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 4:00 PM in front of bidders or their representatives. Only technically shortlisted companies will be informed about the financial bid opening. Bids without earnest money will be rejected without appeal. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders or to increase/decrease quantities.
