**National Logistics Corporation (NLC)** invites eligible original equipment manufacturers, OEM-authorized dealers, and authorized resellers to submit sealed offers for the procurement and delivery of branded, brand-new desktop personal computers on FOR Khairpur, Sindh basis. The quoted prices must include all applicable taxes and duties, packing, delivery, installation, and associated charges. The procurement will be conducted through a single-stage, two-envelope procedure, with technical and commercial offers submitted separately.
Mandatory item list: Sr a, Desktop PCs, quantity 10 units. Required configuration includes Ryzen 3600 R5 AMD Tower make and type, B450 AMD motherboard, 1 TB SSD, 8 GB RAM, 2 GB graphics card, 19-inch LCD, optical mouse, keyboard, DVI cables, power cables, and mouse pad. Bidders may quote only one variant or model. Complete technical data, original manufacturer brochures, a detailed compliance comparison chart, and OEM authorization documentation must accompany the technical offer.
Eligibility requirements include payment of the **Rs. 2,000 tender fee** and **Rs. 50,000 bid security**, both by bank draft in favor of National Logistics Corporation HQ Main Account. Bidders must submit NTN and STRN documents, proof of active tax filer status, GSR compliance certificate, non-blacklisting affidavit, acceptance of all tender conditions, client portfolio, management details, and evidence of sustained financial capability. The successful bidder must provide a performance bank guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. A comprehensive one-year OEM-supported warranty is required.
