Development of Education City at Barwand South Upper and Construction of Road from Shahoor to Toormandi via Pastay Khawazai (10-Kms) in South Waziristan

The Communication & Works Department, C&W Division South Waziristan Upper invites bids from eligible firms and bidders enlisted with the C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council with valid renewal for Financial Years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The bids will be submitted through the E-PADS system under a single stage two envelopes procedure for the Education City and a single stage single envelope procedure for the road construction. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013, and to have valid PEC registration for the specified categories. FBR and ATL registration is also mandatory. The bid security and earnest money must be submitted online along with the bidding entry fee.
