Development of Green Belt at MTI-MMC/BKMC Mardan

The Medical Teaching Institution Mardan Medical Complex (MMC) invites bids for the development of a Green Belt at MTI-MMC/BKMC Mardan. This procurement is issued by the Medical Teaching Institution Mardan, located in the city of Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project aims to enhance the environment and aesthetics of the hospital premises by establishing a well-maintained green belt area. Registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) is also mandatory. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system by 08 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Administration Block at the Medical Teaching Institution Mardan. Physical submission of bids by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker’s Cheque in favor of the Hospital Director MTI-Mardan. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all mandatory documents, including bid security and registration certificates, are uploaded correctly on the EPADS system before the deadline.
