Development of Mobility Platform for Catapult Facility

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the Development of Mobility Platform for Catapult Facility in Taxila Cantt. This procurement is conducted under PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules with a delivery period of 3 months after contract signing. Items being procured: - Mobility Platform for Catapult Facility (1 unit) as per detailed technical specifications including a 6-cylinder 4-cycle water-cooled diesel engine, 6-speed manual transmission, gross vehicle weight 14,000 Kg, and other performance parameters. The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of the platform ensuring full integration at the user premises (UASF/ARDIC, HIT Taxila). The supplier must provide OEM certificates, quality certifications, and warranty for 1 year after issuance of CRV/CRC. Eligibility requires valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC of CEO/Director, and a judicial certificate of non-blacklisting. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes (Technical and Financial) sealed and dropped in the tender box at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila before 10:30 hours on 27 Oct 2026. The technical bid will be opened at 11:00 hours the same day at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Bidders should carefully follow the detailed instructions in the Standard Bidding Document including submission of all required documents, compliance with technical specifications, and bid validity of 120 days extendable to 180 days. A postal order of Rs 2000/- in favor of Director SCM, HIT Taxila must accompany the technical bid.
