Bidders must also provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or debarred due to corrupt or fraudulent practices.
The bid submission deadline is 9th June 2026 at 11:00 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). The original bid security of Rs. 60,000 must be submitted to the National Bank of Pakistan before the closing time. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Engineering Wing Central, NBP Regional Headquarters Building, 26-Mclagon Road, Lahore. The contract duration is 90 days from commencement. The bid validity period is 365 days.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the original bid security instrument physically to the NBP Lahore office before the deadline, as failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid. Also, bidders should carefully review the detailed Bill of Quantities and technical specifications to prepare a competitive and compliant bid. Familiarity with the EPADS portal and adherence to all procedural requirements will enhance the chances of success in this procurement.
