Development and Operational Cost for Mobile Lab Project with Vehicle Tracking, CCTV, Internet, Mobile Phones, Application and Database

The Soil Fertility Research Institute Punjab, Lahore, is inviting bids for the Mobile Lab Project 2026 to establish a centralized control room under the project for mobile labs. The procurement involves the development and operational cost including vehicle tracking system, CCTV installation in each mobile lab, internet charges, mobile phones, application and database development, and delivery of reports to farmers with payments to others for services rendered. The project includes 8 mobile vans. Items being procured: - Development and operational cost (vehicle tracking system, CCTV in each mobile lab, internet charges, mobile phones, application and database, delivery of reports to farmers, payments to others for service rendered) - Mobile vans: 08 Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bids will be received as per single stage/two envelopes and must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement system by vendors registered with the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 158,000. The bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online on or before Tuesday 20.10.2026 at 1030 hours. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives at the address provided. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Office of Chief Scientist, Rapid Soil Fertility Survey & Soil Testing Institute, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore from 05.10.2026 to 13.10.2026 between 0900 and 1700 hours.
