Provisioning of Contact Center Agents Services for CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for provisioning of services for the project titled CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) PITB under framework contract (EGOV-16). The services required are for Contact Center Agents with English and Basic proficiency. Items being procured: - Call Center Agents (English Proficiency) - 100 - Call Center Agents (Basic Proficiency) - 400 The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on 23 October 2026. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day as per PPRA rules. Bidders must ensure timely uploading of bids on the eP portal. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. Income/Sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids.
