Development, Repair, Renovation and Purchase Works at Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad

Ayub Medical & Teaching Institute Abbottabad invites bids from eligible firms and bidders in accordance with KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for various development, repair, renovation, and purchase works at Ayub Teaching Hospital in Abbottabad. Items being procured: - Development of Two tube wells inside ATH Premises - Repair & Renovation of Doctor Family Hostel, ATH - Construction of Water Filtration Plant, ATH - Repair & Renovation of New Nursing Hostel, ATH - Repair/Renovation & Civil Works of Tube Well Rooms, ATH - General Local Purchase including SSP, Zakat, Bait-ul-Mal (other than specialized items), Lil Sail-E-Wal Mehroom of Drug, Medicine, Medical Devices, Surgical Disposables & Non Drug Items - Renovation & Upgradation of CCU & Cardiac OPD, ATH - Repair & Renovation of Medical Officers Hostel, ATH - Repair/Renovation & Upgradation of Peads Wards & Toilets MCHC Building, ATH - Repair & Renovation of Bathrooms and Main Sewerage lines with Man Holes of Male House Officers/Paramedic Hostel, ATH - Repair of Building Joints, ATH - Construction/ Repair & Replacement of Sewerage Lines, ATH - Leftover work at ground floor Lecture Halls (One Auditorium), AMC - Repair & Renovation of PD Hostel, ATH - Maintenance & Repair Work (Electrical Only) M&R Electrical Works - Purchase of Tools for Maintenance deptt., ATH These works cover civil construction, renovation, electrical maintenance, and procurement of tools and medical consumables. The projects are located within the hospital premises in Abbottabad and include critical infrastructure such as tube wells, water filtration, hostels, wards, and sewerage systems. Bidders must comply with the technical specifications and submit bids under the single stage one or two envelope bidding procedures as specified. Bid security is generally 2% of the bid value, except for the general local purchase which requires a bid security of PKR 1,000,000 and electrical maintenance work requiring PKR 500,000.
