Development Schemes of Annual Development Program 2026-27 for Construction Works in Mandi Bahauddin

Items being procured: - Construction of River View Park at Old Rasul Barrage Mandi Bahauddin (Estimated Cost Rs. 60,000,000, Earnest Money Rs. 3,000,000) - Construction of PCC Street Drain Soing Syed (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,500,000, Earnest Money Rs. 75,000) - Construction of PCC Street Drain Bosal (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,000,000, Earnest Money Rs. 50,000) The scope includes construction works for river view park and PCC street drains at specified locations. All procurement activities will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% in favor of District Council M.B.Din as per guidelines. The selection method will be least cost. Submission of forged documents or CDR will lead to legal action. Successful bidders offering more than 4.99% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security equal to the difference.
