Renovation and Upgradation of Server Room including Civil, Electrical, Networking, and Structured Cabling Works

Power Planning & Monitoring Company (Pvt) Limited Islamabad invites online bids through EPADS v2.0 for the Renovation and Upgradation of the Server Room. The scope includes Civil, Electrical, Networking, and Structured Cabling Works. The bidding process will follow a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Method. Items being procured: - Renovation and Upgradation of Server Room - Civil Works - Electrical Works - Networking - Structured Cabling Works Bidders must submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0 portal before 09.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The original Bid Security instrument amounting to Rs. 400,000/- in favor of Power Planning & Monitoring Company must be submitted to the PPMC office before the bid closing time. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must also be uploaded with the e-bid. Bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk), PPRA website (https://ppra.gov.pk), and PPMC website (www.ppmc.gov.pk). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 01.10.2026 at 11:00 hrs. Eligibility includes valid PEC registration, FBR active taxpayer status, and submission of earnest money as specified.
