Development of Ship Restaurant and Picnic Points at LBC Lahore (Horticulture Work)

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDS from well reputed and financially sound firms, nurseries, and relevant work-related experienced contractors registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement is for the development of Ship Restaurant and Picnic Points at LBC Lahore under horticulture work. Items being procured: - Development of Ship Restaurant and Picnic Points at LBC Lahore (Horticulture Work) The project involves horticulture-related development work at the specified site. Detailed specifications are provided in the bidding documents. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying all materials and completing the work at the site of Horticulture Agency Lahore head office within the stipulated time period mentioned in the purchase order. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, financial soundness, and relevant experience. Bidders must provide a Performance Guarantee/Security up to 10% of the work order amount in the form of a CDR in favor of the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Lahore if the bid is quoted more than 5% below the estimated amount. This security will be released after successful completion of the work; otherwise, it will be forfeited. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal by 7th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
