Procurement of Horticultural Development Works at Nishat Colony Park, LDA Quarter Park, Basri Degree College Rabia Area Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDS from well reputed and financially sound firms, nurseries, and relevant work-related experienced contractors registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement is through open competitive bidding on an annual FRAMEWORK CONTRACT BASIS for FY:2026-27 for horticultural development works at various specified locations in Lahore. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and development of horticultural works at Nishat Colony Park, DHA Defence Road, PHA Lahore (Area: 8 Acres) - Horticultural development/renovation of LDA Quarter Park, Walton Road, PHA Lahore (Area: 1.5 Acres) - Rehabilitation of different horticultural works at Farooq Colony Park, PHA Lahore (Area: 4 Kanals) - Upkeep and development of the area at Rabia Basri Degree College, PHA Lahore (Area: 6.5 Kanals) The scope includes comprehensive horticultural development and rehabilitation works at the specified parks and college area within Lahore. The successful bidders will supply all required materials and execute the works at the site of Horticulture Agency Lahore head office within the stipulated time period. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, financial soundness, and experience in similar horticultural works. Earnest money (Bid Security) is required as per lot, and the successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee/Security up to 10% of the work order amount in the form of CDR in favor of Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Lahore if the bid is quoted more than 5% below the estimated amount. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal by 06-10-2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. Only technically qualified firms will have their financial bids opened. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
