Development of SiC Tiles, Polyethelene (PE) and Kevlar by Heavy Industries Taxila ARDIC

Heavy Industries Taxila Advance Research Development and Innovation Center (ARDIC) invites sealed bids from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the development of SiC Tiles, Polyethelene (PE) and Kevlar. This procurement is specific to Taxila Cantt, Punjab, and follows the PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Items being procured: - SiC Tiles - Polyethelene (PE) - Kevlar The development will be carried out under strict technical and financial scrutiny. Bidders must submit a comprehensive technical proposal including registration documents, audit reports, bank statements, CNIC copies, trade links with OEMs, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. A postal order of Rs 2,000/- must accompany the technical bid. The technical proposal will be evaluated on design, manufacturing capability, R&D infrastructure, prototype demonstration, and past development experience. Financial proposals will be opened only for technically qualified bidders. The delivery period is 22 months after signing the contract. Bid security of 2% of the quoted value (max Rs 0.5 million) is mandatory in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order. Performance and warranty bank guarantees are also required as per terms. Bids must be submitted by 1030 hours on 03 Sep 2026 at ARDIC Gate, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt, either by post or hand delivery to the tender box. The technical bid will be opened at 1100 hours the same day. Eligibility excludes firms from India and Israel, bankrupt or blacklisted firms, and those with legal or financial issues.
