Supply of Base Vehicle, Customization and Branding of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries

The Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab invites prequalification applications for the supply of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDs) under the ADP Scheme 'CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDs)' for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes supply of base vehicles, customization, and branding of MVDs as complete units ready for deployment. Items being procured: - Hiace Commuter High roof Dual A/C Long Wheel base (2.5 L Diesel), Quantity: 60, Estimated Cost: Rs. 870.00 Million - Customization as Mobile Veterinary Dispensary & Branding, Estimated Cost: Rs. 240.00 Million The bid is on a whole basis covering manufacturers, fabricators, customization/body-building firms, authorized vehicle dealers/distributors, and their authorized sole distributors in Pakistan. Firms must be registered with PPRA for e-Procurement and submit documents via the e-Procurement system only. No hard copies will be accepted. The procurement emphasizes transparency, competitiveness, and efficiency. Eligibility requires firms to be financially sound, tax registered, with experience in vehicle supply, customization, body fabrication, auto-electrical works, and vehicle branding.
