Supply of Miscellaneous Office and Training Library Items for Financial Year 2026/2027 National Defence University Islamabad

National Defence University Islamabad invites sealed tenders from registered contractors/firms for the supply of miscellaneous office and training library items for the financial year 2026/2027. The procurement is for office and training library items to be obtained from the undersigned working hours till 09 November 2026 (Monday to Friday 0800 - 1400 hours). Items being procured: - Miscellaneous office items - Training library items The tender requires submission of a pay-order equivalent to 20,000 PKR as earnest money in favor of B Division National Defence University Islamabad. A non-refundable tender fee of 1,000 PKR must also be submitted through pay-order in favor of the same division; otherwise, the tender will not be accepted. The quoted rates must include GST and all other government taxes. The vendor must be an active taxpayer at the time of tender opening and will be responsible for supplying the same quality of approved items throughout the year. Tender documents are also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. Interested vendors/firms must be registered with a clearly written registration number on the tender and have an awarded/approved tender with a minimum effective till 20th June 2027. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under PPRA 2014 rule #33 (1). Tender submission deadline is 25 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Tenders will be opened on the same day at the office of the undersigned, 30 minutes after the termination of the deadline, from 10:31 a.m. onwards in the presence of bidders. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids ensuring compliance with all tender conditions and timely submission. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute issues. Ensure all required documents including earnest money and tender fee pay-orders are attached to avoid disqualification.
