Tender Description
The Livestock & Dairy Development Department (L&DD) Punjab invites eligible bidders and authorized distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System to submit E-bids for the procurement of veterinary equipments under the ADP Scheme titled 'CM Punjab: Rehabilitation of One Veterinary Hospital in Each Tehsil to Model Veterinary Hospital' and 'CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDS)' for the fiscal year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of **Rs. 28.572 Million**. This procurement is aimed at upgrading veterinary healthcare infrastructure across Punjab by rehabilitating one veterinary hospital in each tehsil and providing mobile veterinary dispensaries to enhance outreach and service delivery.
Items being procured:
- Veterinary Equipments for Rehabilitation of Veterinary Hospitals
- Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDS)
The procurement will follow a single stage two envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, amended from time to time. Complete bidding documents including terms and conditions, detailed specifications, technical and financial proposals are available free of cost on the websites https://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk and https://www.livestock.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must deposit a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated package price in the Bank of Punjab against a PSD (Payment Slip ID) generated through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The scanned copy of the deposit receipt or paid PSD challan must be uploaded along with the technical proposal on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the bid submission deadline.
The last date for uploading and submission of E-bids is **11-11-2026 at 10:00 AM** on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late bids and physical submissions will not be entertained. For clarifications, bidders must upload queries online on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. The tender was also uploaded on the PPRA website on 19-10-2026.
Interested bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including registration on the e-Procurement portal and submission of earnest money. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare both technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes as per the rules and upload all required documents timely to avoid disqualification. Early registration and bid preparation is recommended to handle any technical issues on the portal.
This procurement opportunity is based in Lahore, Punjab, under the Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab, aiming to improve veterinary services province-wide through modern equipment and mobile units.
