Tender Description
The Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil (HQ) District Karak invites sealed tenders through the EPAD system for various developmental schemes under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative Fourth District Karak for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement includes multiple works aimed at infrastructure improvement and upliftment in Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, specifically Karak.
Items being procured:
- Remaining Work of Tube Well at Moth Qreshan Shahidan Banda (Estimated Cost Rs. 3.63 Million)
- Solarization of Existing Pressure Pumps/Mini Tube Wells at Musakan & Teshil Takht-e-Nasrati (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.00 Million)
- Home Base Solarization on needs bases at VC Bogara (Estimated Cost Rs. 4.05 Million)
- House Base Solarization on need bases at Teshil Takht-e-Nasrati (Estimated Cost Rs. 3.16 Million)
- Infrastructure Improvement at Muhallah Gul Hussain, Yaghi Musakan, Takht-e-Nasrati Karak (Estimated Cost Rs. 6.293 Million)
The scope covers infrastructure improvements including upliftment and beautification activities such as infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights, and green spaces. The works are to be completed as per work order with timelines specified in the tender documents.
Bidders must upload bid security at 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR and comply with all terms including FBR/ATL registration and PEC eligibility. The bid documents are available on the official EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA portal. The last date for submission of electronic tenders is 22nd September 2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day.
